- Return Window
Returns are accepted only within 5 days from the date of delivery. The return window starts from the day the product is delivered to the customer.
- Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- How to Initiate a Return
- Customers must contact our customer support team within 5 days of delivery.
- Order ID and reason for return must be shared.
- Return instructions and shipping address will be provided after approval.
- Inspection and Refund Process
- All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error from our side.
- Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size or variant, subject to availability.
- If the exchanged product costs more, the price difference must be paid.
- If the exchange cost is less than the product price, the difference will be credited as store credit.
- Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- Clear images or videos of the defect must be provided.
- A replacement or refund will be arranged at no additional cost.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased on sale or with discount offers may not be eligible for return.
- Gift cards and customized products are non-returnable.
