Returns & Exchanges

  1. Return Window

Returns are accepted only within 5 days from the date of delivery. The return window starts from the day the product is delivered to the customer.

 

  1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

 

  1. How to Initiate a Return
  • Customers must contact our customer support team within 5 days of delivery.
  • Order ID and reason for return must be shared.
  • Return instructions and shipping address will be provided after approval.

 

  1. Inspection and Refund Process
  • All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error from our side.

 

  1. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size or variant, subject to availability.
  • If the exchanged product costs more, the price difference must be paid.
  • If the exchange cost is less than the product price, the difference will be credited as store credit.

 

  1. Damaged or Defective Products
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Clear images or videos of the defect must be provided.
  • A replacement or refund will be arranged at no additional cost.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Products purchased on sale or with discount offers may not be eligible for return.
  • Gift cards and customized products are non-returnable.
